The William Shakespeare Show

It all started when Tom the presenter asked William Shakespeare to read out loud her/his poem she/he made.
Then we played a game called “3 steps to heaven”. Three girls and three boys were chosen to play the game. Two boys and two girls needed to answer a few questions and if they answered the question correctly, they won a rose. The girl with the most roses went to heaven. The two other girls played angels in heaven and then Willem Shakespeare chose three boys to play people in hell. The girl who was in heaven needed to throw roses in a hat and the left over girl and boy that where chosen the first time needed to guess how many she had thrown. The nearest number won.

After that Willem Shakespeare chose an angry father, the father’s daughter, the daughter’s boyfriend, the daughter’s fiancé and the fiancé’s ex-girlfriend. The angry father didn’t like his daughter’s boyfriend, because he took drugs. So he arranged a fiancé but the daughter didn’t like him because he only wanted to marry her for the money. The fiancé had an ex-girlfriend and she was very sad because he dumped her at their wedding day. So Willem Shakespeare sent them to the magic forest, but when they came back the fiancé and the boyfriend where both in love with the daughter. So they went back to the magic forest and when they returned the daughter and the boyfriend were together and the fiancé and his ex-girlfriend were also back together. They had two weddings in one. All lived happily ever after.

After that Willem Shakespeare discussed different genres of stories like tragedies and comedies.
Next Tom asked for a topic and three people said World War 1, World War 2 and video games. Willem Shakespeare made up a story with the three topics in the story.
After Tom and Willem Shakespeare performed a play about a girl cut into pieces and her mother eating those without knowing it.
Then Tom chose people to play together with Willem Shakespeare.
The story was about a boy, who knew who killed his father. His mother had a new boyfriend. The boy also had a girlfriend and the boy found out that this girlfriend’s brother killed his father. The mother’s boyfriend helped him with the killing. Her plan was to poison his sword and in case that didn’t work, she would give him a poisoned cocktail.
The boy started fighting with the killer the next day. During this fight the brother made a cut in the young boy’s arm, but the boy kept on fighting. They accidentally dropped their swords and each picked up the other’s sword. So the boy was able to stab him with the poisoned sword. The killer’s sister (and that was also the boy’s girlfriend) started running in circles and screamed “I’m crazy” and died. The old man also died. The boy’s mother wanted to celebrate, so she drank the cocktail without knowing it was poison and she dies instantly. Full of sadness the boy then killed his mother’s boyfriend. In the end the boy himself died as well as a result from the cut in his arm.
